Nationstar is now Mr. Cooper. For this project, I alternated between UX (wireframing) and UI efforts. I worked on redesigning existing pages and/or specific features, while closely following the brand identity and style guide.

Wireframes

The example posted required a rethinking of their Support page - the existing version was text-heavy, had repeating content, and was generally confusing to navigate. So I opted for a searchable knowledge base, prioritized by highest user traffic (from pre-existing analytics).

UI Design

 The ask: make this easier to read, remove the middle steps/start date, and make closing date stand out.

 My redesign: opted for smaller numbers instead of complicated icons, a single color to show progress, and an illustration to make the closing date more visually interesting.
